I used to get that all the time. I would wake up very early when it was still dark out and get these horrible headaches/migraines behind my left eye. I would eventually get nauseous and throw up. I got a CAT scan and they found nothing. Strangely enough I decided to give up caffeine for lent last year, and I haven't had another one of these headaches since. I drank soda all the time, and it turns out that was the cause. If you can, cut down your caffeine intake and see if it makes a difference.

You are more than likely clinching and grinding your teeth at night. You can have a mouth piece made by your dentist to wear at night to help that.
