I want to say, "No" but every person is different. My sister bleached her hair, dyed it black, them stripped the color completely so she could start over again, and her hair was still like fine silk. On the other hand, when I bleached my hair, it felt like straw and started breaking near the root, which made it appear to be falling out! So, yeah, bleaching your hair can weaken it, but I can't be certain how the root will react for you. If your hair is already coming out on it's own, I don't think bleaching is going to speed up the process, but perhaps it might actually call more attention to it. Why are you going for such an extreme color? May I add, women really do go for bald guys. Like, shiny head, bald guys. Well, actually, even guys with almost no hair, bald but can't seem to say goodbye to the last few hairs and shave it off, like that hot actor from The Transporter, or Bruce Willis! Both totally hot guys. Not to mention, if you have dark hair naturally, you most likely have a pale complexion, and bleached hair with a pale compexion do NOT mix. You'll look either completely washed out, or like an albino. God, I hope you don't have blue eyes too. LOL When I did it, I looked soooo silly. And it took me forever to grow it out and learn to love my natural ash blonde color. If you're really serious about it, go to a hair care professional at a good salon...if you decide to go through with it, they can treat your hair as gently as necessary and monitor the coloring process closely. That way you won't have to say goodbye to anymore hairs in the near future. Good luck.

I used to dye my hair continuously while i became like 13&14. My hair went everywhere from darkish blonde to darkish brown to medium brown with blonde highlights. I dyed it extremely darkish brown some year in the past and have not dyed it because. I even have dwindled epidermis and that became a reliable shade for me. My hair has become its organic shade and is fit yet I nonetheless have hair fall out, it is wide-spread yet for me it form of feels plenty better than wide-spread.

I guess it depends on what you use to bleach it with,as long as you dont use actual bleach,it wont be too bad,but any coloring to your hair damages it,theres no safe way to color your hair. But I would just say, shave it that shaved head look is so freggin hot!

If I were you, just bic it.....whats the point of having blue hair????? Personally, I don't find odd colored hair attractive at all. But, bleaching itself, if done right, will not make your hair fall out.

raising your hair that many levels could cause your hair to become brittle and break or fall out. definatly not a good idea if you are balding. i would definatly recommend goin to a good salon if you do decide to do it

it will do some damage, and if you already have some balding AND you have dark hair, it probably will...badly, but you can always do it in short steps and see how it goes.
