Swimming, sunning, whale watching, surfing, going to a nice restaurant. You could lay on the beach and read a good book like "TWO YEARS BEFORE THE MAST" or something....I don't care for fishing myself...but what ever it is you like to do..

I would lean towards long stemmed flowers, not all bouquet'd up, just a nice ribbon holding them together. and when i see beach weddings i usually see white, cream, soft blue, peachy orange, colors... which may completely clash with your wedding colors. If in doubt, white can always go.
