You need a combination of weight training and cardio. You need to burn more calories each day than you consume. High intensity weight training is the fastest way to burn calories. Eat healthy and exercise regularly and your stomach will be flat in no time. To build your stomach muscles try crunches and also ab bridges (where your on your toes and elbows, suck your stomach muscles in and hold for as long as possible)

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

try the 8 minute ab workout...do warm up and cool down before and after-search for it on youtube-it will burn and if you avoid certain foods, eat well, and to these properly you'll feel the difference soon...
