I've asked a similar question, but ultimately I want to get my videos from my mobile onto a DVD, is this possible?

I have transfered the videos onto my Laptop already using a USB cable, these play with nokia multimedia player however. I think you're right in saying I need to convert them...are there any free converters....I'm from Yorkshire so am a cheapskate!

Yes!
You need a bluetooth dongle (about £8 fromArgos) and a bluetooth phone. You can then send the videos from your phone to the computer.
Then you'll need a convertor programme.
Most mobile video's will be 3GP format and these need to be converted before doing anything with them.
There are tons on the market and most come with a demo on there website.
Simply Google '3GP convertor' and you'll be spoilt for choice.

Use DVD Flick Guide to convert your media files to DVD and burn - it is all-in-one tool and free.
