No, you can start drawing on the computer, you will need a scanner to upload your acctual drawings into the computer. If you just want to use the computer as a drawing tool.

Yeah, you have to have a way to turn you drawings into a digital image. Scanners are the easiest way to do that. You can buy cheap or used scanners for very little money these days.

You don't need to buy one. Just go to kinkos and use their scanner. Then just send the pictures to your email and you can use them as much as you want. No need to buy a scanner.

well not really if you wanted to work on your photo In photoshop you just need a digital camera and walla!!I have photoshop But i only work on signatures for forums
