A young friend of my kids is bawling her eyes out because she let him talk her into an abortion. she regrets ever having done it.

she's 20 . she is also responsible for what happened no doubt .But my point is an abortion is not a matter of removing something and thats it. I observed this young person suffer. The looser is gone of course. She got him off the hook.

If I couldn't handle an abortion then I would never ever let my bf friend talk me into one. If we came to the conclusion together than I might be able to consider it. But only at a young age when I knew I wouldn't be able to take care of it. But ultimatly every girl should just listen to her heart and what it is telling her because she will usually be right about it.

The only way ill get an abortion is if i was raped and feared my child being brought up with mental problems or if the doctor told me something like my child wouldnt live past the age of 5 or something like that. I dont believe in abortion but i dont believe in bringing children into this world and leaving them in dumbsters, beating them half to death or leaving them in snow with no clothes on to die either. Abortion is not something for women to abuse and use as a means of a contraceptive. No one should place judgement on anyone whose had one.Your daughters friend shouldnt feel bad. Shes going to have regrets but then again shes gonna think twice two about her actions. Dont jump into the bed with anything because as soon as she got pregnant what did her boyfriend do? She knows now she should wait and finish school and find some stability before thinking about babies.

No, I wouldn't but a young girl is scared and she desperately wants her bf to love her. She went along with his wishes. I'd be there for her and try not to judge her. She will come to realize the bf did not have her best wishes at heart but was only looking out for himself. Did she even tell her parents? It is a difficult situation to be young, think your in love and find yourself pregnant and the only person you think you can trust is your bf. I feel for the girl. I've never had an abortion but I would imagine the emotional turmoil is hard. My heart goes out to her.

She made a wrong decision for her. Never let a bf talk you into something that you don't want to do. The only thing that you can do for her now, is tell her to get some consoling. This is the type of thing that could affect her for years.

If she's a friend of your kids, she's too young to even consider motherhood. In a few years, she'll look back on it in relief. I would get an abortion if I needed one, but as I'm getting a tubal ligation as soon as I get a chance, I probably won't. (I'm normally as pro-choice as anyone, but when it comes to young girls, I think it's the best option.)

No, but I would have an abortion if I felt that was something I needed to do.
A guy doesn't have to give birth, and not having a child for HIM would just mean no payment.
Abortion is a WOMAN'S right, not a man's.

no. I would give up my child for adoption and make a childless couple happy before I choose abortion. Only if having a child will severely endanger my life would I choose abortion.

I would not because its not just something you can get rid of its apart of you and i think it would be better to have the child and put it up for adoption who knows that kid could have made a big difference in the world

I would probably say no because it would feel really bad to just bring a new life into the world and then kill it. try standing in the shoes of a girl for a few days.

if your boyfriend begged you to get an abortion then you should because obvisously he doesnt want a baby, isnt ready money wise, or he just isnt ready to take on the responsibility because he might not be man enough
