Why is it so hard to meet great, intelligent and handsome single men? I live in a big city and I see exceptional single women everywhere --- but where are the good men??? Why does there seem to be a great market of single women, but no great men? sigh... I'm 30 and I'm ready to completely give up! Are there other girls who have noticed this, too?

Depends on what your description of 'amazing' is. I would venture to say that mine is different than yours. I was born and raised a small town gal (and still live in a small town) and there are a lot of great guys who are very nature orientated, are not materialistic and 'totally appreciate' the love of a good woman. It all just depends on your 'level' of 'amazing'.....(you) being from a 'big city' I can understand why there are so many single women......and so few men....Big city men, just don't get it!!!!

Yeah, pretty much most of the guys at my school are dumb. It all depends on YOU. A guy may be amazing to you, but maybe not to others. Everyone has a different perspective. There's an amazing guy for every girl in this world and I know because the boyfriends I have had in the past have been really amazing to me. Either your amazing guy is not around and he hasn't found you, or maybe you're just not in the right place.

Maybe you're not looking in the right place. Great intelligent guys have lifestyles. For example, they could love going to parks, go camping, or study for hours at a library. They might not be the type that goes to night clubs, because sex isn't what they're looking for. If you want to find a great guy, try to imagine what you want him to be, then try to imagine his habit or lifestyle, where he would go, then you go to that place. (a walk in the park doesn't hurt, camping is fun)
