You are how old, christ all mighty why do you care. Just let it go, girls are a dime a dozen at that age.

Does she have email? MySpace? A good old fashioned phone number? These are great ways to stay in touch with someone, especially through email or online accounts. Next time you see her, casually ask her for one of these bits of info. (ie- "Oh, hey. I just got a MySpace, do you have one?")
Another less direct route to go is to ask one of the friends that I'm sure she left behind at her old high school (ie- "Hey, do you know -----'s email? I've been meaning to ask her but I never see her.") Or, if you do have MySpace, just find her through those friends. Drop her a note! I'm sure she'd love to hear from an old friend. Then, once you get an online relationship going, you can very carefully and gradually move toward the deeper relationship I know you want.
Just be patient. Good luck! :)

Do you know what comes after "Hi"?
Next time say, "Hi, I'm so glad to see you again. I've been thinking of you lately."
" Wanted to ask you out"
If you have her phone number, give her a call. She'll love you for it. Get with it ! If you're in 11th. grade you must be about 17 years old. So you should be getting over your shyness.
Good Luck!

Does she call you or do you call her? If you are doing all the contacting then I would think she is trying to distance herself emotionally. It may be time to move on. You are young and it is too soon to tie yourself down to one person. If you two are truly in love it will work out in the end. I would try having a serious conversation with her about the situation and if she wants to date other people let her. You will hurt for awhile but you will be okay.

Best you move on. When men or women want to be with someone, there is nothing but a big "back off" that will keep them apart. If all she has to say to you now is 'Hi', let it go.

Did you date this girl or was it love from afar? If you are interested in her, then call her and set up a date for a movie or pizza and get things rolling.

tell her that you miss seeing her around school.
that will get her attention to start up a real convo, ask her how her new school is. see if she needs any friends, offer to be there if she needs, being the new kid sucks.
good luck to you.
