Today me and my best guy frend almost hooked up and we got half naked...Already it's really awkward, will our frendship change?

as much as you think you can handle it, the guy won't be able to. That happened with me and my best friend...and years leter he has a child and fiance and still won't hang with me becuase he says, "She always want to have sex" Which is wrong, it was him always initiating. Therefore, this added with a few more experiences tells me, men cannot handle being pals with benefits. Usually adding sex into a friendship will definatly change it. In way you would expect, jealousy, awkwardness. I still waitto see it not change a freindship becasue I don't think it shoudl, but seem to always. Shoulda just hooked up, got all the way naked and be done with it. The level of awkwardity (?) wont change.

Do you like him? Does he like you? If not, then given a few times hanging out normally, it'll feel normal. But if one of you likes the other one and its more than physical.. things will never be the same as before.
