I've had really good results from Acne Free. It claims to be the same as Proactive (I've never tried Proactive so I can't really say if that's true or not). I just know it's worked for me - I was able to see a difference in less than a week! You can get it at Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, etc... and it's less than $20 for a month (that includes face wash, toner, and lotion in a set), so if you don't have great results you're not out much for the try.
Good luck!

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
heat a qt of water, add 3 tblspns vinegar, make a tent over the pot, cover your head with a towel, steam your face. then dab some vinegar on your skin to clean, do this process 2 more times, then squeeze the blackheads. mix 1/2 water, 1/2 vinegar, chilled, dab on face to close pores and tone skin....
as a skin care routine,
raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!
Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."
to drink it, put it in honey and water, or apple juice--tastes like cider..cost is 5 dollars a qt at the healthfood store

I started using Clean & Clear products but it only got some of the acne to go away. There is this amazing face mask called Queen Helenes. I use it twice a week. You can even use it for spot treatments. It minimizes pores, gets rid of blackheads, and gets rid of acne. Heres the website for it...

I just got Zeno and I love it if the mask doesnt work get Zeno Acne Clearing Device. Its amazing. It only works on pimples though not blackheads. If you dont like it or it doesnt work for you, you can return it within 30 days. Heres the website for it...

Proactiv Refining Mask is also great. It clears acne and blackheads fast and you can use it as a spot treatment. Heres the website...
http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/app.d...
You can also use these from Biore they get rid of blackheads I use them and they really work. Here is this website...

Another tip for washing your face is first put a hot washcloth on your face for a few minutes. Then put your cleanser on. Then wash it off with very cold water. The hot water opens your pores and the cold water closes them. So the cleanser cleans them. I really hope this helps acne is no fun at all I hate it!!! Dont get Acne Free or Proactiv because its harsh and doesnt work. It made my face peel which was no fun at all.

Well I have acne too, but I have a way that really kicks it ***, just I'm lazy. And I suppose it makes me look ruggard too, but here in the UK, theres a product called clearasil. The instructions tell you to wash it on and off virtually quickly.
If you get a product that fights acne, and simply rub large amounts of it on your face, and leave it on. Don't wash your face, just leave it there and you can feel it getting nice and deep into the skin, in 3 days my acne was barely noticable, but as I said i was lazy and it came back in 2 >.<

maybe you should drink a lot of water instead of sodas and other sugary drinks. you should also wash your face at least two times a day (i use noxzema triple clean blackhead cleanser, its about 3 or 4 dollars at a store, it works good for me), when you wake up and when you go to sleep. sometimes when i have nasty bumps on my face, when you have the time, i put toothpaste on the bump so that it will dry it out, then i wash my face. or you can try proactiv.

Go to a dermatologist, they deal with this everyday and you can get some prescription strength lotions and potions to help instead of wasting your money on many things that don't work.

Just get some dial antibacterial soap, foam up face , rinse with hot and then cold water, hot water opens and cleans pores and cold closes pores back up. put aloe vera gel on face afterwards, acne is history.

I highly recommend using Proactiv, which can be ordered only through the internet. My sister uses it and it works really well for her.
