You can whiten them in 1 hour. Look for a local dentist that offers Zoom or BriteSmile. Prices range a lot between dentist for the same procedure so make sure you do some research before you do it.

There's the "Zoom whitening" that dentists can do in a few hours, but it costs up to $600. I use Crest's White Strips, but you need to use them for a week.

You can try veneer. Veneer is a technique where we grind a thin layer on your teeth, then we put filling on the surface of your teeth. You can have immediate effect. But this technique doesn't work good in very yellow teeth.
