Wetting it with lemon juice works and then going out in the sun lightens it up, but if you have black hair it wont be really noticeable, if you have brown hair it will look a lighter color, if you already have light brown hair it will look lighter and sometimes even a little blondish on the ends.

Lemon juice and sun. Put lemon juice in your hair and then go sit out in the sun.
Or Sun In... It's not really natural... but it's not damaging like hair dye. It's just spray that you put in your hair.... and when you go out in the sun with it.... it brings out your natural highlights.... This is the best solution.
Lemon Juice does work... but not that well.

Lie out in the sun or, even faster, spray a little "Sun-In" onto your hair before going out into the sun!

hair colors that are sold in whole foods market are all natura. you will not see the results as fast as you would see with chemicals dyes but natural dyes will color your hair and it will get lighter as time goes by.
