i know this is werid... but how do u use it? is it like shampoo?/ do i just poor it into my hand and rub it on my hair??

There are also conditioners that you could leave on your hair and do not need to rinse. It would be the same as other one, rub on your hair.
However, other than just rubbing it on your hair, usually concentrate on the roots of your hair, it is more important than the end of your hair.

1)wash your hair with shampoo
2)rinse
3)apply conditioner on the bottom half of your hair
4)and let it sit for a couple minutes (thats the difference)
5) then rinse

I put it in my hands and then smooth it all over my hair and then wash it out. some conditioners say to wait a few minutes so check your bottle it you need to wait before you wash it out.

Yeah you got it, but just leave it in your hair for about 2-5mins so your hair can come out smooth and shiny. Then you can rinse it out.

yea it's just like shampoo except you leave it on and then rinse it to detangle your hair. :)
