I have tried saline spray, and it doesn't work at all. I am convinced this is an allergic reaction, because it comes and goes so quickly. I can be in class, step outside and two minutes later my nose is clear.

I get that a lot. Try taking a really hot shower, beacause all of the steam you breathe through your nose will moisten your dry nose, then when you get out, blow. Usually works.

This happens quite often when humidity is low. Get yourself a humifier, or put a kettle of water on the stove on low heat. This especially effective at night. Nose spray may help, but those usually have medication you don't need and do more harm than good.

This condition is very common in the winter when the air is very dry and the heat is on in our house, we use a cool mist humidifier, the warm mist tends to make us more stopped up.
Just make sure that you dont use a humidifier with the doors shut, there needs to be ventilation.

That's because the air indoors is dry. If you use a humidifier, it would be better.

Is it from the heat or alleriges? Both of those can cause your stuffy nose.
