theres this guy i like & we have like everything in common,he admitted to me he liked me & i told him i like him too,but he said he wants to take it slow & get to know me better since we kindaa just met.just after we told eachother that we liked one another we both went inside to talk to everyone at a party & in the corner of my eye i could see him staring at me so i looked over he smiled i smiled.we love the same music & listen to it in his car & sing it together & have fun plus hes affectionate to me like in his car he patted my leg & put his hand back on his wheel smiling a little,kinda sending me a signal im glad your here.we dont see eachother alot so one time i saw him at a party & gave him a hug & he said hey baby & he seems really happy when he first sees me.but theres one problem he just doesnt call.he told my bestfriend he doesnt make the first moves.im not leechy but i call him to hangout.i know hes busy because he works alot.why isnt he calling me to hangout if he likes me?

I think you answered your own question here - he's very busy, and he wants to take it slow. That's pretty mature of him. He is also letting you know that he likes you and is interested in getting to know you better before you guys go any further - what more could you ask for?
