my mates sons dad pays 400.00 per month,because he says she wouldnt be able to get any more,we have just found out he is on tv next week to show people how to become a millionare like him.(channel 5 10.30 am)he has nothing to do with his son because he doesnt want to.what would you do?

I would record the show and then I would take it to the courts and pettion to have his child support increased.

Anyone can talk about being rich, publicly, while being privately cash-poor. If your mate's is getting a certain amount of money for her son each month, at least she is getting that regularly. She can ask for more in court, I'm sure, but not be sure to get it.

Sounds like you need to seek an attorney to get the amount of child support raised per month. Or adopt him yourself and make sure he's out of the childs life for good.

Well, I would record the show this man is on and bring to to Family Court and show the judge.
