Anger
To dream that you are holding or expressing anger, symbolizes frustrations and disappointments in your Self. You tend to repress your negative emotions or project your anger onto others. You need to look within yourself.

Being angry in your dream may have been carried over from your waking life. Dreams can function as a safe outlet where you can express your strong and/or negative emotions. You have some suppressed anger and aggression that you have not consciously acknowledged.

DREAMS -

It is all after effects of dreams you have in the sleep just before waking up. If you happen to see any thing bad, or unpalatable things in your dreams you tend to be angry. If you dream pleasant happenings you are very happy when you awake.

Again dreams are after effects of the happenings in the previous day or just before some days or whatever thinking you have in mind for quite some days. If the happening and thinking were good your dreams may turnout to be pleasant and if they were bad, or not an acceptable idea to you, you get dreams with negative aspect.

The feeling you have when you awake after the dreams - happy or sad - depicts you dream you had and you show it emotionally even without your knowledge. -

Fortunately I don't have angry dreams, they are sometimes confusing but usually quite nice. I do have angry feelings that creep up inside me, but I don't know where they come from. I pray for them to go away. I heard this Jewish word for compassion it sounded so beautiful, I wanted to write it down. By the time I found a pen, I had forgotten how to spell it :( but I want to keep the feeling of that word always and not let this anger towards the world that I have inside me at times come to the surface.

Remember, that the purpose of dreams is to sort of defrag your mind at night. it recalls things you have seen and heard. It also brings up issues you may not know about. Look closely at what you were angry about in the dream. In the waking world it could be a small-even trivial thing, but your subconcious magnifies it, trying to bring it to your concious view so it can be resolved.

It could mean that you're angry at something or someone - maybe not the same as in your dream. It can also signify bottled up emotions needing to be let out. At least, that's what it's meant for me at times.

It's a funny thing about dreams...you have to interpret alot of it yourself.
I have noticed that dreams often are "working out" something that is too hard to work out during the daylight hours. No matter who the dream is about though..it's always about you.
