I was thinking of having a tattoo removed or covered up with a different one, but I cant decide which. I'm not looking for anyone's approval, but I just need some ideas.
Would it be too big to get laser, or too big to cover it up with something, or should I just leave it?
No rude comments thanks =)

(It's on the small of my back and it's not very big like 4 inches across and 2 inches high.)

that could definately be covered up. granted whatever you get is going to be bigger than what you started with. i don't know much about laser removal but i do believe it's expensive and may not remove all of your tat. so i wouldn't suggest that unless you're really sick of your tat, since it's on your back and it isn't like you have to look at it all the time. same thing with leaving it on.

i'd at least go talk to a few artist, see what they think. make sure you look over the shop for cleanliness and all that good stuff before agreeing to anything.

good luck, here's a site with some good pictures: www.tattoofinder.com

i would just get it covered up. if you still like tattoos and just aren't pleased with that one. laser removal would be very costly and very painful. the best thing you can do is go to a custom tattoo artist and have them create something for you that will cover the original tattoo. it will obviously have to be much bigger and just any tattoo won't cover it properly but there is definitely a way to do it! good luck!

Looks like it could be covered or even altered to look better and be more appealing to you.

Of course laser is an option but research that before you do anything, there are several down sides. Price and scarring being two of the major points.

cover it up with a heart or an initial if possible. If you go to the tattoo place believe me they can think of something hot to cover it with. I am actually thinking about doing the same. I have a tattoo on my right lower leg that says sexy with a pink rose and i dont like it anymore. im getting married next year and i dont want to look at it anymore lol. good luck.

It would probably less painful and less expensive to leave it or cover it up rather that lasering it off. It depends on how badly you want to get rid of it, though.

I wouldn't cover it or get it removed. I think it's really great. But maybe if you want something a little different... just try adding a little more detail.... like color.

without being able to see it, it's hard to say. but the best suggestion is to go in to a reputable shop and see what the can do with it. don't get it removed. removing it would cost much more than it's worth.

I am thinking it could be covered. Talk to a tattoo artist and see what they can come up with. It is hard to tell through 67 million miles of wiring and tubes........Good luck.

I really love that tattoo. If it was my desicion i would keep it but you might want to have another one put on top of it. Getting one remoed is very painful and expensive.

I think a lazer would work on a small tattoo, i think that itll take a few sesions for the tattoo to be gone. from what i read.
