I'm not talking about those whom you see one or two times a week, I'm talking about the people who are there whenever you are there.

I go to the gym five times a week, and always at the same time slot. I see many of the same people there from Monday-Friday and it kind of makes me feel self-conscious and a little creeped out. I realize they would probably think the same about me...

How would you feel?

I'm thinking of going at a different time on different days, but I'm rather "tidy" so I need to workout at the same time slot every day.

Well, I was usually more into my own workout to really notice who was there all time...I figured those of us who are serious about working out are going to be there more often. they might recognize you from the day before, but you could get that same reaction anywhere, grocery store, gas station...etc. Don't change your time...if you need to go at the same time everyday it is okay!! There are plenty of folks who go at the same time every single day and no one thinks twice about it. I now have a home gym, the only people staring at me now are my crazy kids...

hahaha I know exactly what are you talking about. Same issue I have. I changed my membership from 7 days a week to 4 days a week. I really feel uncomfortable when people look at me when I work out. Especially the same people you see everyday. I used to have my iPod all time with me and pretend to listen to music and not paying attention to them. I don't recommend you to change the time slot you used to. better yet, try to ignore them and think of the benefit you are getting from working out. In the end, people are like us human. What do you think?
