I lost the first 4 speeds.

Blower Resistor is shot. New one goes about $20 from Dodge. Can't get them at AutoZone, dealer only. It's located under the dash, passenger side, just above the carpet in the heater box.

You should have a high speed and low speed blower relay, check the low speed relay, and if not, see if there is a resistor strip on the blower motor itself, and that should take care of it.

The blower resister is bad. Get a new one and you'll be chillin' in no time.

Bad switch, run by the dealership and get one for your van , You can change it its simple and the cost is low, don,t go to the junk yard , get a new one . good luck
