SpyLocked is the latest in the family of Zlob installed rogue anti-spyware programs. There is a more in depth description and removal guide at the following link:

I advise that you do not go to a site offering a solution other than a manual removal method or smitfraudfix. Using any other method is just the person trying to make money by selling you a piece of software. There is absolutely ZERO REASON that you should have to spend money to remove this infection.

I would say to try to remove it through your Add/Remove program but there might still be some traces of SpyLocked left and there's a chance that SpyLocked might reappear when you reboot your PC.
Check out the latest SpyLocked files to remove.

After you've completely removed SpyLocked, start applying good surfing practices. Most of the time you get spyware because you download programs usually freeware or you go to questionable sites.

SpyLocked will display fake system alerts or fake security alerts to trick user to buy the paid version of SpyLocked. It is strongly recomended to remove SpyLocked from your computer.
Install Ad Adware, SpyBot, XoftSpy SE or other good programs to remove spylocked

spylocked installs itself illegally, no wonder that you hadn't noticed how it's got there. it could happen when you downloaded codecs or similar stuff. unluckily this trojan is quite new and most of antispyware programs can't remove it, but you can go through detailed manual removal: http://www.2-spyware.com/news/post261.html
good luck!
