My schedule's so busy that the most that I ever sleep is 5-6 hours a night, and I don't feel that it's enough for me. I can't really alter my schedule in any way, so how can I make the situation better in terms of looking and feeling more alive during the day? I am literally dragging myself throughout the day. Please don't give me advice like take a vacation, or don't do so much - I'm really just looking for ways to make the situation more livable.

I know how you feel. I would suggest, taking B12 shots from your doctor. I drink Emergency C as well. You might find that green tea also helps.

I believe adults should have 7 hours of sleep per night. If your schedule is that full somethings got to give before you make yourself ill. Do you have someone who could help you do all the tasks your wanting to get done everyday? I don't think there is a healthy way of coping with exhaustion - obviously coffee or other stimulants aren't the answer. If you get sick from lack of sleep then you will have no choice but to give up activities. Sorry I don't have any answers for this one. I too am exhausted all the time, but I sleep 7 or 8 hours a night.
