First you would want to have an entry list. Which could probably be found at nascar.com (somewhere on their new screwed up site) ..... as far as Kasey Kahne he tries to make every race, so he will be there guarenteed!

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you asking what drivers are racing in the race, if that is the case usually a week before the race Nascar will release a entry list for the race, but Kahne is probably guarenteed to be there. As far as appearance schedule, it probably isn't done this far in advance maybe check his site when infineon is only a couple weeks away.
