In my state a game warden can come into and on your property without a warrant or permission.I do not think anyone is excluded that a warrant would not allow the police.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aNHT9

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

I agree with most here: The question is a little confusing. I took it to ask if there were any people excluded from the 4th Amendment to conduct a search on someone else.

If that's the case, the 4th Amendment only applies to the government and its agents. Police are agents of the government (city, county, state, ETC) and are subject to those rules. It doesn't apply to everyone else (regular citizens). They could go "search" your house without violating the 4th Amendment. However, they are subject to trespass and the severe wrath of a homeowner when caught in the act!

only embassy personal and diplomats from other country's,
the forth amendment to our constitution states no one s home business or etc can be searched without a search warrant, but our good Friend and President Bill Clinton conned our people into letting him have a law that he said that would let him search gov, housing etc as by the time the police got a warrant they could dispose of their guns drugs etc, no one cared what they did to those low down welfare blacks, so no one did anything, the law was passed . but when it was published it said the gov, can search any place the gov has a interest in, with out a warrant.??? so what building or structure is it the gov, doesn't have a interest in ???

of direction, if it fairly is stipulated interior the warrant. whether, "for the duration of the day" might have quite a few meanings. If could be a collection style of hours (6 am - 8 pm, working example) or it ought to intend dawn to sundown. sounds like it replaced into designed to maintain the warrant from being served at 3 am and minimizing the disruption on the persons being served.

Heck lady, the "Patriot" Act basically overturned the 4th and 5th amendments, so if the feds show up they can just claim you are an enemy combatant and search your home without a warrant or without any judicial oversight. At this point anyone can be searched without probable cause willy nilly. What do you think the outrage over the FBI's abuse of the National Security Letters has been about. Wake up!

People on parole and probation and some excons depending on the severity of the charges. Also, if there is enough probable cause they don't need one.

We're all excluded from that thanks to the Patriot Act. Read up on it sometime, and you'll understand why so many people are talking about us no longer being a true free country.
