well i recently saw a question about someone talking about sensitive guys and it seems like most the females who replied liked either tough guys or half and half, well i don't think i have that tough in me =( well what's a tough guy like? i mean what does he do or say? i don't really understand. because tough in my own definition is maybe someone who talks back a lot or has a lot of muscle and acts tough.
do you girls like tough guys because they protect you or what? i mean seriously, what do they protect you from? i got this girl in my mind but i dont' think she needs protection at all, most hte girls i know don't need some because they are smart and mature enough to make the right decision on things, and it's just a bit wierd.
well yeah, what about a tough guy?

Yeah i know what you mean. And most of the time they don't even need protection, from What?? Its not like anybody is out to hurt them. But i guess some girls see some sensitive men as too weak or too boring. But every girls is different, many share the same opinions but there still different. So you should go for that girl.

Dude: Most of those chics you've mentioned come from a broken home and are looking for daddy. Girls who live in a home where the father is present and the family relationship is strong despise "tough guys" and see them as useless chums without much education or earning potential. It is not that "most" girls like tough guys. Rather, the "needy" girls from the broken homes are more visible and available while those who live in steady homes are too busy educating themselves and having meaningful family relationships to be parading themselves as available meat at the bars.
That is the long and short of it.

they prolly mean a tough guy that wont have any problem standing up for the girl. a guy that makes the woman feel secure. someone that can make a pervert look away from the women by the guy giving him a glare or that can kick some dudes a** because he picked on the girl and plainly to provide security.

what do you have to say about us girls loving tough guys more than sensetive guys.
first of all we don't like sensative guys because they can't really protect us from any harm that might come to us.
but beinga sensative guy isn't it... it is all the complaining that we hate.
Second Reason
we love tough guys because they can provide us with the protection that we really need when it comes down to a gun point or, bullying situation. I personally can't judge you cause i don't know you at all.
but tough guys know how to handle danger a lot better than the more sensative guys.
you just need to know that you can't be both and sometimes we chose the tough guys for the wrong reasons.
I stick with the sensative guys because they understand what I say and they know what it feels like. i just don't like getting dumped by both types of guys. does that answer your question.

girls like tough guys because they always want what they can't have. girls like jerks because it is always a chase. eventually though they all go for the sensitive guy because the tough one either cheats on them, beats them, or emotionally abuses them.
once girls get mature they realize that they want to be treated good and that they deserve to be treated good so they will find the guy that does that.

I gotta say the funniest answer I've seen is Shawn's, OOGA BOOGA! It makes sense when you talk about instinct and how our bodies and minds may still operate at that prehistoric level. I think that it is primal. But an emotionally mature girl/woman who has good self esteem does not want the "tough" guy.

personally, i like sensitive guys. you can open up to them better and they will listen to what you have to say. they have a opinion and will open up to you too. they will care more for you and your feelings. they will treat you like a princess. and that is the best thing a guy could do. sure, tough guys re hott but the tough guys would take charge of the relationship. and they tend to push you to do things you dont want to do. trust me, i know!! lol.

It is probably biological instinct. With their rational mind, they don't think they need to be protected from anything. But with they subconscious instinct, they need a "tough guy" to protect them from mammoths and saber-toothed tigers and crap like that.
