I became extremlely tired, I fainted everyday, I was too weak to get up in the morning without drinking an energy drink, my skin got really dry and spotty, I lost alot of muscle mass and I had constant headaches and stomach pains. Yes I did lose alot of weight but seeing as the majority of it was muscle I'm paying for it now. When you're on a diet you're meant to eat 1200cals a day, I'd stick to that.
