Some people don't have the patience to sweat through the details of why things are the way they are. It's much simpler for the ADD crowd to just say "god created it that way", than actually have to study the sciences.
I find Dawkins fascinating and brilliant.

I have listened to Richard Dawkins once and that was more than enough for me,I agree that he is incredibly boring and regularly seems to falter when speaking, all in all not a great front man for evolution.
