u need to think!
are you ging to let your fear of hospitals going to control your life? is succumbing to the fear of hospitals worth it - what if ur developing a serious disease?

u should be thankful that you have accessible medical care and that you not trapped in some third world country dealing with a poorly qualified local doctor

do yourself a favor and go se a doc asap!

I don't like doctors either, it's ok. To me you sound like you're hungry, but seeing as you say you've just changed your diet it sounds like you could just be adjusting to it. I changed my diet from eating not much to eating healthily and I got stomach aches, diarrhoea, constipation, throwing up... so, if it's not over in a few days (unless you're being sick constantly because that is rather dangerous) then call the NHS helpline (0845 46 47), where you don't have to go to a hospital - you just talk to a lovely young nurse. In the meantime however you'll need to drink plenty of water and I'd recommend that fizzy re-hydrating stuff to that's usually for hangovers - Elta Skelta or something.
Good luck.

Oh dear !! You don't sound like a happy boy at all ......... :0(

Minx'll help you.... :0)

Simple buddy, you have a B12 vitamin deficiency !! Bet that's good news to your tired, fatigued, exhausted body. That's three more of the symptoms of B12 deficiency. So too are headaches, migraines, nausea, dizziness, irritability, depression, inability to concentrate, moodiness, head and hand sweats, chest pains and palpitations.

Have you been under added stress lately? Or just not eating properly. Tut tut, you have to replenish B vitamins in the body on a daily basis because they are water soluble vitamins i.e. that is the body can't make them and you need to put them in your mouth and swallow them !!

In stressfull situations, we need to increase our intake of the B vitamin complex.

You need to increase your intake of foods rich in this vitamin ie: yeast liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.

Recommended daily for adults is 2mc. I suggest you drag your grumpy, tired little body down to the chemist and ask the pharmacist to recommend a good quality brand of multi B complex supplement to buy. Avoid synthetic vitamin as they are very hard to digest (the real cheapies). Expect to pay about $20.00 AUD.

In the human diet B12 is supplied primarily by animal products, since plant products usually don't contain it.

B12 vitamins will alleviate you aches and pains, increase your energy levels, maintain a healthy nervous system, relieve moodiness and irritability, ease depression, fatigue and exhaustion and improve concentration, memory and balance.

You probably also have sore lips, mouth and tongue, cracked and splitting skin around your fingernails and grainy and sandy feeling eyes? If so, this is also a vitamin B deficiency, vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). This vitamin will be included in the Multi B complex supplement that you buy. The recommended daily intake for this vitamin is 1.2 - 1.7mg.

Foods rich in B2 are milk, liver, kidney, cheese, leafy green vegies, fish, eggs, yoghurt and beans.

If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet, then you need B supplementation. If you keep regular "happy Hours" and drink a lot, B12 is an important supplement for you. Heavy protein consumers also need extra amounts of this vitamin. B12 and B2 work best synergistically with all the other B vitamins. Hence the advice to get yourself a B complex vitamin supplement.

Hey, before you leave, go have some multigrain toast and melt some cheese on top and have a glass of milk with it !! Didn't your momma tell you to eat your brekky before the day starts out !!! ..................... :0)

I know what clears every thing!! A hot home cooked meal!!
Like warm creamy beans or grilled chicken. Something HEATHLY!!!~~~~!!!!!!!

If that doesn't work see a doctor. If your scared of doctors asked a family member {i will ask a mother} for some medicine. DO NOT READ THE SIDEAFFECTS if you do you'll make them happen

It could be a stomach ulcer. It can also be your liver.
Do you have hepatitis? Do you suffer from any illnesses?
Why don't you phone NHS 24? I phoned them once as I was too embarrased to go to the GP due to woman's problems and they were really helpful.

www.webmd.com

perhaps you have an ulcer?

but dude.... be a man and go to the hospital..... sounds serious....you can't be that afraid of hospitals....no one is.

ok with your additional details... I know think your body is not used to not having meat, weed or spirits. your body is just adjusting... maybe your eating to many veggies...veggies cause gas pains if eaten in large amounts. don't forget to eat protein with your veggies.

Maybe you are sick b/c your stomach is empty. Try having some hot tea when you wake up.
