I have an limited account on paypal which won't let me send money. Paypal wants me to add and confirm a bank account but I don't currently have one. Also it wants me to confirm the location for my Visa Card which I don't know. Can you help me.

it is not paypal. it is a scam don't give them any info just go to your paypal account not the site they want you to. Give no information unless you can verify it is the Real pay pal. I get this email all the time. and spam it because I know my account is right. I check it all the time.

Call your visa card comp. and get the address that the bill comes to if you are unable to do that, then you would need to open a checking acct. most banks let you apply on line.
