hey, yeah, i got one for Christmas. NO, they don't work well at ALL!! they don't dry your hair very good, much less straighten it. it takes FOREVER, even if you have short hair, it takes a long time. the whole thing is just a load of crap, thinking that you can save time, but i would suggest just sticking with a hair dryer and regular flat iron. it works much better.

like marinarafat said, theres the remington wet to straight, its about $25, $30. I dont like to use it on wet hair because it really fries it, it becomes really dry and just feels horrible when you touh it. But if i have to use it occasionally, i do. Using it rarely is okay on wet hair. But it works great on dry hair...best flat iron i ever had

yes they actually work, I have the T3 sold at sephora.com
its about $200. but it works for both dry and wet hair. it still works well on wet hair, it dries it really quickly.

the only thing though it doesn't give you the same results as if you had blow dried your hair first.

so, get a regular flat iron with ceramic plates. worth the $$

My friend has it. And actually, her hair has never been more dry. Reason ? Because it is actually more stressful to your hair to do it wet. I would go into some major explanation, but its too confusing.

think of it like this hair when wet will need to get rid or ALL the moisture in it to end up straight which equals complete loss of hair moisture which equals dry dead hair not just at the tips but all over.

yeah. i use Conair's WetToStraight straightener.

it works perfectly! just, don't use it RIGHT after your hair gets wet. let it dry on it's own some.
