Wow this is the first post where im actually very impressed by the question being asked.

Dont listen to any of these people telling yuo to lift light 100 times or people saying to not lift weights becuase they cant. Your numbers are impressive. To help get your bench up work on more tricep work including close grip bench and dips. Depending on where you weak spot is on bench try putting the bench in the squat rack, loading the bar up with around 110 at a mid postion and just lock out and hold. Repeat a few times. This will help you get more weight in regular bench. Also what would help too is if you work yuor lats out via rows, chinups, pullups, this will make your lower area where your getting stuck at get more power behind it.
I have more tips i could send links also if you need more info. Just to say congratulations on lifiting in a very olympic oriented manner if more women and girls worked out this way we would have a much more fit strong america.

Depends on what you want: big muscles or strength.
For big muscles, do the easy part twice as slow as the hard part.
If you want more strength, set your alarm clock to wake you 45 minutes after you fall asleep then do your@regular routine. But, do it with ten bounds less than normal.

baby, you are still growing. don't lift weights. it will inhibit (stop or slow down) your growth. you could be meant to be 5'7'' and lift weights too early and only be 5'2''. also, girls with muscles are weird. girls are supposed to be soft.
