I'm looking for 2 well-contructed arguements for and against the speculation of global warming, preferably by scholars.I'm really not sure how I feel about the situation because I'm not sure if it's true.At a plebian level,I don't see a difference in the weather from the years. The only change I've seen is its course. There have always been fluctuations in weather throughout the times.I just don't see a big threat.Though,I do think I could be wrong, and I want to find out if I'm wrong.

The problem with humans and climate change is that climate change moves very slowly compared to human lives. People notice weather not climate.

The only way to tell what the climate is doing is to make a lot of careful measurements and look at the data.

That's what climate scientists do. The best summary of their work is here:

It's not the easiest thing to read. Here's a website from climate scientists:

http://www.realclimate.org/

The data shows global warming is clearly real. So the vast majority of scientists believe it's real. Proof here:

Arguments of skeptics rebutted here:

If someone posts a link to that silly and wrong swindle movie read this:

More than you wanted. But this is a big issue. And the only way to know the truth is to look at the data, not choose between "logical" arguments.

Why not visit a third world country like China/India every year, stay in some remote city and find for yourself how the pollution and climate changes are happening every year. You dont need scientists to explain this stuff you can experience it first hand.
