I've called a few times now and i've tried all sorts of options, even ones that don't pertain to my problem, and it just gives me the run around. I've pressed 0 at different times and that doesn't work either.

My problem is I sent a letter by Certified Mail about 2 months ago and have not received any confirmation of delivery. When I enter my label number online and on the phone, its says they have no record of it. This is just probably a lost cause now but I would like an explanation.

You can send an email directly to Washington DC if you use the teeny, tiny contact link at the very bottom of the USPS.com homepage. Although I would suggest going to visit the office you sent the letter from first.

I would suggest you go to your local post office and talk to a real person, taking your receipt and having them help you.
