That happens because your blood is flowing through your body and your body tempature rises about 1 or 2 degrees making your face become red. It is a common factor in only about 6 out of 10 people. hope i helped LOL...

I believe it is one of the body's ways of helping you cool off. When you get too hot, the arteries widen which bring them closer to the skin. This helps dissapate heat from the blood and is the reason for the redness most people experience.

Maybe you hold your breathe when you play hard, but I would talk to a gym teacher or doctor to see what they say.Also ask your mom to see if it runs in the family.Good Luck!!

it differs from one person to another but mainly its cause there is so much pressure on the face when playing that it surfaces redness....its ok its just natural.

my face is always red. even if im not playing a sport or anything. for you i guess its cuz you hott and sweaty and stuff from playing.

this only means that you sweat and are hot. (the sweat hot not the sexy hot) just drink more water

you need to breathe in more air to get more oxygen to your body to help your body regulate itself when you are playing
