imaginary, and not the truth.

God is real. The Bible is the source for truth about matters of faith and practice. If you decide He is imaginary, that does not change the truth of what I said. The best part is that He wants you to talk to Him and get to know Him.

God is very real but you have to be clear about the question you are asking. I think what you want to know about is the father of Jesus.... and the answer is yes!!! The bible is also very real and truthful as well. My advice to you is to go to a christian church and find out for yourself. I know he is real and he has touched my heart in so many ways. I hope I have helped you with your question and God Bless You.

God is the invisible forces (laws of physics)
that interface with energy bits (quarks) to form
creation.
Time and space are nothing but by-products
of this process.
A poet once said, "Creation is God expressing
Himself.

As for the Bible, the history portion is true.
It's the interpretations that vary.
As the saying goes: "Truth like beauty, lies in
the eye of the beholder.

The existence of God as well as the Bible being the Word of God can be proved through the vehicle of prophecy. To see the evidence of this, we must first establish the fact that God is a spirit who dwells outside of our physical time domain--that is, in eternity. In the Bible, God describes Himself in Isaiah 57:15,

"For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: 'I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit.'"

If God dwells in the realm of eternity as the Bible states, then He must be able to declare future events as if they had happened in the past. We who live in the physical restraints of time and space have the disadvantage of seeing the world according to a timeline. But God sees the past and the future as one complete picture.

"Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, 'My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure,'" Isaiah 46:9-10

So through the vehicle of prophecy, God throws down the gauntlet to all the other "holy books" and all the other "gods" that dare to claim the title. The God of the Bible challenged in Isaiah 41:22-23,

"Let them bring forth and show us what will happen; let them show the former things, what they were, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or declare to us things to come. Show the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that you are gods; yes, do good or do evil, that we may be dismayed and see it together."

OK, there is the challenge from the God of the Bible. No other book contains prophecy that has been fulfilled with accuracy.

God is real, the bible is true as much as we can grasp of it. Truth is a matter of perspective, one person's "truth" may be totally different from the point of view of another. Depending on the circumstances that individuals experienced, points of view may differ on the same subject so radically that they oppose each other.

God is obviously real how did everything come to exist?Try adding some character to God and what do you get a loving God who gives us hope, but of course you can see in Genesis the reason that love is hard to obtain and understand ,sin.So as you can see the bible shows us HOW god is.Jesus is also God because he is perfection in human form and well he takes away our sin.Of course you can see that hope and love offer redemption so God does this.So the bible shows who GOD IS.

The universe is complex and probably required a Creator. But which one? It seems that all cultures throughout human history have recognized the role of a Creator God.

The Creator defined by the North American Native Americans only asked that humans live in harmony with all nature. In exchange, the Creator provided plants and animals for humans to use as food, clothing, shelter, and medicine. Early Native Americans showed their respect and appreciation to the Creator by making small offerings of tobacco.

The Creator God defined by Hebrew scholars, 6000 years ago in the Middle East, was a jealous, and often cruel God. He demanded that humans make sacrifices of animal blood in order to appease Him, and set out Old Testament laws of behavior that often required the stoning-to-death of your neighbor for sins as minor as eating shell fish or working on the Sabbath. These laws remained in effect for over 4000 years until Emperor Constantine made Christianity the official religion of the Roman Empire and commissioned the first Bible from a collection of Hebrew scrolls and stories of Jesus. Religious scholars of today claim that the Old Testament God decided to change his original requirements for animal sacrifice and for stoning-your-neighbor-to-death for disobeying His written laws. This God, rather than having his human scribes re-write the laws on new scrolls, he decided to have His only Son sent to earth to be tortured and murdered.

I believe there is a Creator God. I just believe that his personality is more like the compassionate Creator God of the early Native Americans. If He turns out to be the cruel Middle Eastern God, and He throws me in Hell for thinking He is more loving than He really is, then I’m willing to accept with that fate.
