I probably feel the same way you do. BUT..... The Corps has a dont ask dont tell policy, You can get into alot of trouble for messing with him. Unless he admits it no one can do anything. Sad but true. Semper Fi.

Dont ask dont tell. Your not suppose to go looking for them either, my last year in, the group of NCOs I hung in found out that one of our own was gay. We could have told on him, but we didnt because the past 3 years were more important to us than getting him kicked out. It didnt change our opinion of him, we still thought he was a dirt ball but he was our friend. If you know someone is gay dont report it unless they are blatant about it and are disrupting to what the platoon or company is doing. In my case he did neither, so we let it go.

You mind your business and stop worrying if he's gonna slip it in your back door, becuase guess what? Not every gay man wants you. I know it hurts, but it's true. There's nothing less operable about a man with a different sexual orientation than you. He can still shoot and achieve high scores on a test. Don't make his life harder by being a homophobe, maybe he LIKES his job.

As long as he minds his own business leave him alone. At least he isn't being a coward and running away. That's got to count for something , eh?

This is the era of do not ask and do not tell. As long as they are not openly gay he or she is complying with current policy, so leave the person alone and let them do their job.
