yes it will....if you're dying it yourself do it in steps or else your hair will turn a gross orange.

I brows are naturally darker than the rest of the hair so coloring them is not only weird looking in my opinion but it is extremely extremely dangerous ! Salons use special chems to do that, so if you really have to, go to one. And as far as coloring brown hair blonde yourself, thats another thing. I believe someone already mentioned the color orange? mmmm hmmmmm. It really happens. I've fixed that mess many many times, and it will be more costly than just getting your hair done at the salon.

Do not dye your eyebrows! The dye can get into your eye causing blindness. I would suggest going to a salon to have them lighten your brows!

just leave them alone. they should look fine. if you really want them to match, try filling in your eyebrows with some loose powder. it looks much more natural and less noticeable than eyebrow pencil. i use L'Oreal Bare Naturals Gentle Mineral Eyeliner. it's easy to use, lasts me forever, and the tiny brush is the perfect shape for tracing brows.

Don't dye your eyebrows, it will wash your face out.
