usually what my parents do is just say dont wat them or they tell us we will have a longer life which is true.
Or ew get dessert or pop.

Two options:
Eat the vegetables
OR
No vegetables. No tv. No dessert. Early to bed.
If you are consistent and follow up, they'll choose vegetables every time. No products necessary.

Lots of adults hate veggies, too. I put them in soups and serve V8 juice. They seem to like homemade soups a lot.
They also are more willing to eat raw vegetables like celery, carrots and snow peas and the like the wraps I make with cabbage or lettuce.

They will usually immitate adults and other people around them. Try to serve 2-3 kinds of vegetable dishes and no other else and show them that you enjoy all of them then, let them pick what they want to eat.

A good way I have found to make kids eat their vegetables is...only feed them vegetables! It works with my past pets too. If they are hungry enough they will always eat it. It works every time.

just say i am gonna beat your @$$ if u dont eat these dam veggies! i bought them for 3.95$ and so me god if you dont eat them i will cut your nuts off!
