Of course you can, Church isn't just for christians. Church is for everyone, especially non-christians. You might even find something you've been missing, whether you knew it or not. God still loves you even if you are gnostic.

If you chose to be a pentacostal you wouldn't be an agnostic anymore.

What church you go to does not matter it is you personal prayer rituals that you do at home and you beliefs.
