Just rinse your hair out with cold water, and every once in a while go in the shower, put conditioner in, and rinse...so your hair won't dry out from the chlorine.

I am a year around swimmer so i know all about this. You don't have to take a shower after you swim all you do is put conditioner in it and that will get out most of the chlorine plus it makes your hair soft and managable.

When you do take a shower use a "swimmers shampoo". ot will help get all of the harsh pool chemicals out of your hair. My brother was on the swim team back in high school and all the guys used to sware by aquia Swimmers Shampoo and Conditioner http://www.sportsforher.com/1661280.html

Wash your hair afterwards, or don't get your hair wet. There are also products you can buy that will keep chlorine out, and other ones that remove it. There is a link below and I absolutely LOVE them !!!!!
