You should have told them the truth from the beginning!
Now not only do you need to confess that you are living out of a car, but now the situation is compounded cause you've lied to them.
Chances are they will understand the embarrassment and overlook the the lies because your welfare is of greater concern.
You need to contact your parents as soon as possible and tell them the situation, in the process you should apologize to them for not being honest. Be willing to accept any help they offer, for you to move forward in life and get out of this situation you'll need a foundation which they may be able to provide.
Final thought, I hope you are no longer with the BF that got you kicked out. He seems to lack a sense of responsibility.
Good Luck to you!

Just simply ask your dad if you can come stay with him for a while because you are having problems where you were living. Then it will come easy because if your dad is like mine was he will notice something is wrong and then your testimony will come out straight from your lips. Just do this before he finds out the hard way from someone else, like the boyfriend.

Go see them instead and tell them you are planning to move and have got most of your stuff already packed up and it is such a mess. That will give you some time to get things straightened out if you don't want to burden your parents with your situation.

Remember what you said THEY LOVE YOU.You need to be honest and tell your family the truth and let them help you. That's what family is for to love and be there for each other. And it may upset your family that you didn't ask for help in your time of need so just explain everything to them about what happened. And I sure hope you are not with this guy any more.

Be honest.
They are in a position to offer help or advice.
No one deserves to live in a car no matter what circumstances led them to it.
Find yourself the help you need to get out of this situation before it becomes a serious health concern physical or mental.

Quickly, and without pride, but you tell them, then check with your local red cross, homeless shelter, bartered woman shelter,or church groups for temporary places to stay(sleeping in cars is not safe).

tell them what happened, how your boyfriend got you kicked out, and that the only place you can live is in the car, worst that may happen is they may insist on you moving in with themm.
