I would think that foot massages would be good for your feet. I would ask your endocrinologist about your feet. Trust me, I have RA in both feet, including my toes, and I may not be able to walk much longer, I'm 60 yrs old. You need to take care of your feet as well as your eyes NOW so you don't have a sever problem as you grow older. It will pay off in the long run, believe me. It is your body, it's up to you to take care of it no matter what kind of "defects" you might have been born with.

I've heard of someone using Vick's for cracked foot skin before with good results. It's surprising how much Vick's has worked for, but it's harmless and worth a try. It's been used with good results on fungus and even shingles.

Use a white cotton stocking coat your foot really well at bedtime with vaseline and put the sock over your foot and leave it on while your sleeping. start doing this before you get the cracks this does help.

Take Ginko Biloba for any foot pains or discomfort.
Get some olive oil or chapstick to moisturize your feet.

my brother has similar issues.....he uses an anti crack formula (over the counter and wears socks to bed...(cotton socks) and he says that really helps them..so put the anti crack stuff on, then the socks, then sleep in it........also he only wears shoes that will breath....no synthetic or rubber ones, and he looks mainly for the ones with vents or "breathing spores" as he calls them.....good luck.
