possibly, as long as there are folks who persist in the mistaken belief that we're not allowed to pray in school or on public property, like 1 of your respondents

What I don't get is why do they need a moment of silence to do something they aren't supposed to be doing on school and public property. He can't hear them through the background noise unless they pray real loud?

No. We have our beliefs and just because someone has a new talent that doesnt mean our faith is ruined. God gave them that gift for a reason.
