Be honest and don't make it so complicate it. Just say no, thanks. Communication is the key for relationships. Believe me you will not be the first or the last one saying that and viceversa.

next time you talk with her and relationships regarding anyone comes up, try and drop into the conversation that you personally don't feel ready for a relationship and how you've got too much on the go as is and want to try and focus a little more on your stduies. That was, you're not plain comming out and saying "Nope, I don't wanna date you" but you're dropping obvious hints and subtly letting her down gently.

All the best

If you care about her, you won't let her ask you out.
You need to stop it before it starts by saying something on the lines of "It's nice to have a plutonic relationship with you because some people mess things up by dating their friends". That should end anything she was planning to do.
Good luck!

Tell her you see her as too much of a friend and you don't want to ruin the platonic relationship.

say oh well i just want to be friends if that is ok with you

if she gets upset or something say this "i really do like you as a friends nothing more...nothing less" if you say nothing less it will make her know that you like her as a friend and wont hurt her
