I tell all my young women aquaintences this! If you want to work, don't have kids! If your husband can't earn enough for you to stay home then it was a mistake marrying him!

a woman who has that mind set of having kids and wanting to stay home is a woman who doesn't want to work and want a man to always provide. i mean i would be ok if my woman had a kid and wanted to stay home with the baby until the baby is of age to go to school but her just wanting to be an at home mom isn't going to work. i want a woman with goals and want something out of life, just not to have babies and sit home. a man that allows his woman to do that is a man that wants to feel extra manly and is afraid of his woman working cause she might end up making more than him.. its all about the male ego.. i want women to work.. there is no excuse why everyone shouldn't be working.. each should carry their own sometimes.

I read a survey not to long ago that said most teen pregnancies occur between the hours of 3 pm and 6 pm at the home of the kids. If mom's were at home instead of working fewer teen pregnancies would be occurring. Kids with full time mothers seem to be better behaved and smarter than kids who have mom's that don't get home for hours after the kid has sat down to watch the boob tube. And just after they got off-line with the child predator. If you date a woman who actually wants to be a mother instead of a lady who wants to drop a kid at the daycare center at six weeks and pick it up from the high school when they graduate I believe your kids will be safer, less likely to get knocked up before marriage, smarter, and better rounded then the kids who have to draw the curtains closed to make sure no strangers know that they are at home. Heavens moms who work away from home don't seem to be able to turn off the tv, they expect the tv producers to monitor everything their child watches for them, and get mad at the tv station when their kids are watching something bad at eleven o'clock at night.

Many moms say they can not afford to stay at home, but if the mom did stay at home she would not need day care, would require less designer clothing, would have to buy less gas for the car. They could cook at home for allot less then the take out food they have to buy because the boss made them work late.

From a stay at home mom

To Blake, I have goals my number one goal is to make sure my kid grows up well, and not like the kids down the street who are spoiled rotten little brats with no guidence.

im a stay at home mom of a 5 year old. i dont miss working although it would be nice to have that extra income. i see moms dropping their kids off at daycares and caregivers picking up kids off the bus. i couldnt imagine not being there for my son. ever. he's not a mommas boy and he has excellent self esteem. most of the kids in his class know im his mom and it makes me feel good. i think kids are better off staying home with their kids. they are only young once, and i dont wanna miss that.

Yeah. I dumped a guy because he considered his future wife not having a job in order to care for his future kids as "mooching off him".
