Try doing some moderate excercises in the early evening that will exert your body to be able to help you sleep. Get on a regular regimen of getting up at a certain time and going to sleep at a certain time. Don't eat any heavy meals after 7pm or drink caffeinated drinks if they affect your sleeping. Don't watch TV in bed, go to bed to go to sleep. Don't rely on any drugs, etc to help you sleep as they have other side effects. Good Luck!

Protein is the KEY! That is why everyone says having a glass of milk or a slice of cheese with ham. Anything with protein. It helps stabilize your blood sugar level which helps your body and keeps you asleep.
When all else fails Tylenol PM!

nothing that a tug or two off a bottle wont take care of...
i am certainly no alcoholic, but on a sleepless night i have a glass of wine or two quick shots and within 10 minutes i am relaxed and ready for wrestling with the sandman...

only thing that works for me is Ambien and it is a perscription. Maybe work out hard before bedtime.. take a warm shower or bath... get relaxed. See if that helps. Or maybe a kaloua and milk.
