canola's bad 4 u. vegetable oil is better. the most healthiest oil is olive oil.

Apparently they aren't as careful with pesticides where they get canola oil so I don't use that. Olive and corn oil are supposedly the safest. However, they may change their minds tomorrow! Who knows!

For me, olive oil is the healthiest and also it cost more than vegetable oil. But vegetable oil is also healthy.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best tasting, however it is very rich, but not neccesarily bad for you. Canola Oil would be the most "healthy" choice.

Canola is proabably the most (in expensive) healthy oil that is mass produced for consumers in North America but Sun Flower oil & Olive oil are probably the best for you, healthwise.
