Download Blaze Media Pro and buy it or just use the trial for a while. Read the manual because the instructions would be too long if very detailed.

one way to do it is to go to start, all programs, accesories, entertainment, and in the entertainment tab is the sound recorder. record whatever sounds that you want and save it as an MP3 recording to your desktop for quick retrievel
