I can't give you an exact diagnosis, but I'm a nurse and all I can tell you is make sure you and your parents keep going to doctors no matter what. Have you ever seen the show Diagnosis Unknown on Discovery? or maybe Mystery Diagnosis? But it's great and some of those folks went to tons of doctors to find out about conditions like yours, so don't be afraid of a second opinion or third, or as many as it takes to fix the problem with a definite diagnosis from a doctor who'll listen and run all the tests. Sometimes doctors overlook kids and their parents, so don't get discouraged- go as much as you need to :)

Talk to your parents and tell them how you are feeling.
If you feel your treatment is not working, you might need a second opinion from another doctor or perhaps a visit to a specialist.
It isn't clear exactly what your problem is from your post, but you definitely seem like you are hurting and you need to talk about this with someone who can get help for you. Your parent is the first choice, if they can't help consider a school nurse.

Take it easy, we'll help you. Throwing up, especially for a week is no fun. You need to get an adult to help you. If family is unable to, tell a teacher or cop or medic or fireman...I guarantee they will help. You could even call 911 if you had to, and EXPLAIN to them how you feel...they will also help. I know the Doc's aren't trying to ignore you, they just need to know how you are feeling and doing. Dude, it's going to be allright. We'll get this thing figured out and get you feeling better. Be sure to tell whoever you talk to any other problems also, like diarrhea, chills, you know, any other thing that's bothering you. It's going to be OK....hope you are feeling great soon!!!

Oh, GROW UP and stop being such a drama queen.
Honestly, your post is so poorly written, I can't tell what your problem is. Are you bulimic? You mention throwing up? You need to talk to your doctor and therapist about your eating disorder.
